Our client is an architecture firm based in the Valencian Community, specializing in residential, educational, sports, and office projects, with major projects across Spain.

Starting point

Following the implementation of a new ERP system, the company needed a clearer and more agile way to visualize the data being generated, especially those related to invoicing, project tracking, and the studio’s financial management.

Solution

At Mistral, we designed and implemented a dashboard (Power BI) tailored to the studio’s reality, built from scratch.
The system allows visualization of the company’s overall data, as well as segmented information by teams and individual projects. It includes key indicators for invoicing, budgets, margins, goal achievement, and other internal aspects, including basic personnel management elements.

Outcome

Our client now has an analysis tool that reflects the most relevant KPIs of their activity and updates automatically several times a day.
This ensures that information is always available and aligned with the different follow-up meetings: at the company level, team leadership, or individual projects.
Thanks to this solution, the studio has improved visibility over its operations and decision-making at all levels.
