Europcar, with multiple brands and a presence in several countries, managed information scattered across different systems, formats, and regulations. This made it difficult to analyze operations across stations and consolidate financial data at a global level.
Additionally, they required updated dashboards that integrated key performance indicators by station, with the generation of these reports being slow, manual, and poorly controlled.

Solution

Mistral designed a comprehensive solution that consolidates data from various areas of the group into an operational and financial Data Warehouse .
Automated processes were implemented to generate key performance indicators by station, as well as ETL processes to prepare data for visualization in dashboards.
At the financial level, billing data from all brands and countries were unified through API integrations and cloud technologies.

Outcome

The group now has updated dashboards and an automated system that improves operational analysis and global financial management. This has enhanced visibility, efficiency, and decision-making capability in key business areas, both operationally and financially.
