As an e-commerce business, it generates large volumes of data every day: orders, sales, marketing campaigns, customer support, and more.
Each department worked with its own data sources and formats, making it difficult to consolidate information, creating silos and complicating the ability to gain a global view of the business.

Solution

At Mistral, we designed a corporate Data Warehouse that centralizes and unifies data from multiple internal sources, structuring it to support efficient analysis.
We also developed dedicated dashboards for different departments, enabling key data to be cross-referenced and clear insight into what’s happening in the business, why it’s happening, and how to act accordingly.
