Starting Point
The company used a cloud-based financial software with restricted access to its database, which created difficulties in obtaining consolidated information from various areas. The lack of integration with other systems complicated the process of obtaining complete and up-to-date data, delaying key decision-making.
Solution
A detailed consultancy was conducted, identifying the key aspects of the financial application’s back-end. Based on this assessment, data extraction processes were implemented into an in-house system, providing greater control and oversight of the application. Additionally, interconnection with data from other company systems was established, facilitating the centralization of information.

Today, historical information is available in the in-house system, integrated with data from other company systems. This has allowed for the automation of data validation against other sources, eliminating the previous manual checks and improving accuracy.
