About the Company

Our client is a Thai food restaurant chain based in the Valencian Community, currently employing over 100 people with one mission: to bring Thai fusion cuisine to everyone and offer a unique experience.

Starting point

The company needed a clearer and more centralized view of its finances. Accounting and financial results were managed directly through the ERP, which made it difficult to perform a true analysis of the company’s financial evolution.

Solution

At Mistral, we designed and implemented a financial dashboard (Power BI) that collects, structures, and visualizes the key data of each restaurant as well as the group as a whole.
The system allows analysis of revenue, costs, margins, and profitability by location, as well as consolidation of financial information to obtain a clear, real-time view of the company’s overall performance.
