Starting point

The Finance and Marketing departments in Germany needed to significantly expand their analytical capabilities. They already had an analytical system in place, but required more comprehensive, visual, and flexible dashboards that would enable them to better understand their data and make faster, more accurate decisions.

Solution

At Mistral, we contributed to two projects, working in coordination with teams distributed across several companies in an international and demanding environment..
Mistral was responsible for developing the dashboards, combining remote work with in-person sessions in German.
The goal: to create business-adapted analytical tools that would be easy to interpret by decision-making teams.

Outcome

Both departments significantly enhanced their analytical capacity, gaining autonomy, visibility, and speed in decision-making.
The new dashboard system became a key support tool in their daily operations, enabling a deeper understanding of the business and greater operational agility.
