With the main purpose of promoting our services and contacting clients or potential clients.

If You, as a User, have a profile on the same Social Media platform, you may freely follow or join our page, thereby showing interest in the content we share.

By doing so, you allow us visibility of certain personal data You have made publicly available on your profile.

Only if you join our page on the specified Social Media, your profile data will be processed by our entity solely within the Social Media itself, and under no circumstances will it be processed by us outside of this without your prior consent.

As a user, you may access the privacy policies of the respective Social Media platforms at any time and configure your profile settings to control which information you wish to make public.

 

2. Publications

Once you have joined our page and if you wish, you may post comments, links, images, photos, or any other multimedia content supported by the platform. Please remember that you must either own the rights to such content or have the consent of the third parties involved.

It is expressly prohibited to post content, whether text, graphics, photos, videos, etc., that involves minors or that could be considered offensive, unethical, immoral, in bad taste, or indecent, or that violates intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or any applicable Law. In such cases, we reserve the right to immediately remove such content and may block the user permanently.

Our entity is not responsible for content freely posted by users. Users should be aware that their posts may be visible to other users, and they are solely responsible for the content they share and their own privacy.

 

3. Advertising

Our entity may use its Social Media profiles for advertising purposes, always in compliance with current regulations on Data Protection and LSSI-CE.

Recommending our pages to other users so they can also benefit from our promotions or stay informed about our events or activities will not be considered advertising.

 

4. Contests and Promotions

We reserve the right to run contests and promotions, which users connected to our page may choose to participate in. The terms and conditions of each contest or promotion, when conducted via a Social Media platform, will be published on that platform and will always comply with applicable Laws.

Please note that the Social Media platform does not sponsor, endorse, or manage our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with them.

 

5. Personal Data

As the Data Controller, our entity will carry out the following actions:

  • Access public information on the user’s profile.
  • Respond to user requests.
  • Send individual messages via the Social Media platform’s channels.
  • Post content related to our organization on the user’s profile.
  • Publish page status updates that may appear on the user's profile.

Users may unfollow our page at any time, manage their connections, remove content they no longer wish to see, and control with whom they share information by adjusting their privacy settings.

You may also access your data, rectify inaccuracies, restrict or delete them, request data portability, or object to their processing by writing to [email protected] and attaching a copy of your DNI or other proof of identity.
