Job Applicant Policy
We inform you that the processing of the personal data you provide will be exclusively for the purpose of keeping you informed about the various vacancies that arise in our organization, as well as involving you in recruitment processes, job pool participation, and any potential hiring. These data may also be used to request references about your professional background from the companies you inform us you have worked for.
In the case that you proceed or if you believe you should inform us about your disability status, intolerances, allergies, or any health-related information concerning the job you are applying for, we inform you that this data will be processed in order to comply with Article 15 of Law 31/1995 Occupational Risk Prevention, where we must know this information in order to adapt the workplace to the employee's needs, as well as with Title VII of Law 13/1982, of April 7, on the Social Integration of the Disabled (LISMI). Any other data that is unnecessary for this request will be securely and confidentially destroyed.
We guarantee the proper use of the information, the confidentiality of the personal data contained in your job application, applying all necessary security measures to ensure its integrity, confidentiality, and availability. In short, we will comply with the obligations our organization has regarding data protection.
Additionally, we inform you that your personal data will not be shared with third parties for any reason, unless we have your prior consent.

The personal data provided as a job applicant will be retained for a maximum period of one (1) year, until the position is filled or until you exercise your right to cancellation. Therefore, you have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, or request its deletion when the data is no longer needed.
You may exercise any of these rights by sending a written communication to the email address [email protected] attaching a copy of your ID. If you wish, you can also send your recommendations, complaints, or inquiries about the processing of your personal data to this email.
If your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, or at www.aepd.es.
